Excellent and dedicated support. When my server couldn't be set up properly due to an outside issue the support had done everything within their power, and I mean everything. As much as they couldn't resolve the issue, due to a issue to do with the official game makers!! Not to do with an issue with the providers of WinterNode, they had still exhausted all options until they were 100% sure that it was not an issue they could resolve, and directed me to the correct resources to have my issue resolved. The game panel is also incredibly easy to use and has some lovely design. With server info and diagnostics for memory usage and CPU usage very well displayed and quite quick with updates. WinterNode is also incredibly affordable for a good server plan, especially for new server owners. As well as customizable with the pricing - being able to switch between levels of RAM available to buy ranging from 2GB to 25GB typically. WinterNode also provides a nice range of countries to select for their servers, including the United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, Finland and France. WinterNode also provides services for premium-tier Discord Bots, VPS Hosting, Game hosting and Web Hosting. For game hosting, WinterNode provides game servers from commonly large games including Minecraft, Terraria, ARK : Survival Evolved, Palworld and Hytale. Alongside less typically provided games, like SCP : Secret Laboratory which is what I am personally hosting using WinterNode. In my opinion WinterNode has easily outpaced larger service providers like Shockbyte, Bisect and other large titles. I would like to finish this by shouting out Darius from the support team, thank you for using quite the abundance of options you had attempted on my server. As much as it was not resolved, that can not be blamed on you but on Northwood (The creators of SCP:SL) haha.
