Why is my Trial Server pending?
Trial servers are normally deployed automatically. If yours hasn’t been activated, please open a support ticket, and our team will activate it manually.
• Trials apply to Minecraft servers only.
• Trial Duration: Starts once the service is activated.
• File Restorations: We can now restore data from terminated trials or services for up to 45 days after termination.
• Refund Policy: We offer a 48-hour refund policy on paid services.
Tip: Upgrade to a paid plan before your trial ends to ensure your files and settings are preserved.
Can I change my server location after ordering?
Yes. You can request a location change at any time by opening a support ticket, and our staff will assist with migrating your service to your preferred location.
